This model works similar to Time & Material Model, but at a lower scale of scope, time & effort. This will be ideal for those customers who wants to quickly Ramp up & Ramp down the team for a short period of time to perform set of defined Quality testing process and to pay only for the short time the team been used for testing. Magnum QA offers Pre-Paid Validity Packs which can be bought by the customers and use the support time applicable for the said pack within the validity period. Magnum QA Maintains and share the Utilized and Remaining hours of the Pack for every Customer and supports the client for pack renewals ahead of time.

Model of a “ready-to-use” project with a fixed budget and delivery timeline. This model is perfect for Clients whose technical requirements document is developed and has a fairly clear statement, it gives the opportunity to estimate the necessary effort and time for the project in detail. As a result of the work, the Customer gets a solution that has passed quality assurance. The software created using a fixed-price model has a warranty period of service that is discussed in each specific case.
Pricing: Project Milestone based payment.
Scheme of interaction when the Customer has an idea of the desired final solution, but the details of the implementation are at the level of a concept, or the Customer wants to reduce Quality Testing costs and get a ready-made team. Tasks are set by the Client’s management or agreed upon by our management and the Customer. Then tasks are distributed among Magnum QA specialists, they set a tentative delivery date and begin to work. Magnum QA team can be integrated into the Customer’s team. In the case of using this model, Magnum QA selects specialists not only within the technological stack required by the Client, but also taking into account the corporate policy of the Customer, to establish the most effective collaboration between the companies.
Pricing: Monthly Billing Model, based on work performed during the period.
This Service option is recommended when multiple Long-term projects are executed in parallel, where the single Quality testing team can be swapped between the projects based on need. Also the Quality Testing team participates from the project inception level and provide required guidance on Quality testing scope and support in ramping up the team with adequate knowledge & technical inputs.
Through this Service the team is flexible to move between projects based on work load and ensure knowledge retention and complete control over the team.
